Amplified TechSupport delivers a unique mobile experience making it easy to book an IT Technician that can visit you in your office and help you solve all your IT problems.

Amplified TechSupport helps you save time and be more organized by creating tickets for each issue you might have, all with a simple and user-friendly interface.

Available both in English and Swedish, our app currently supports the Stockholm region.

By downloading Amplified TechSupport you will be able to:
- Create an account where you can input your company name, invoicing and payment details. The account can be used by you and also by your colleagues;
- Create a ticket where you can describe the problem and assign a priority level;
- Follow the comments in real time that our coordinator leaves on the ticket;
- Schedule a date and time when you prefer our IT Technician to visit you;
- Once the visit is competed and the problem is fixed, you can sign a completion form and we send you an invoice;
- View all your past or currently opened tickets;
